  I went into the store because my daughters IPhone froze and Brandon Lacey took care of us. He fixed my daughters phone in a matter of minutes. I spoke to him on an upgrade on my phone cause I was due and made the transition with all the extras go very smooth. Would recommend the store to anyone who asks.

  Brandon at this location was absolutely amazing and was such a huge help. I came in because I had just dropped my phone and the screen was absolutely smashed and I wanted to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. The experience was quick, painless and stress free. Definitely my best experience at any Verizon store thus far. I'll definitely be back to see him for any future assistance. Thanks Brandon!
