  Was not at all pleased with the way I was treated by the staff. After waiting an eternity for my turn to speak with an employee, the guy refuses to even look at me and takes his time to fold the last invoice he created into some sort of tri-fold shape. No smile, no 'Sorry! Be right with you!' acknowledgment. That is not the way to treat a customer.

  I got a perfect paint match from Sherwin Williams to a color no longer made by a different paint manufacturer. I supplied SW with a tiny paint chip from my fireplace and was able to purchase a quart of paint that matched perfectly! Instead of having to repaint my entire fireplace I was able to quickly retouch the mantle. With company on the way for the Super Bowl party it was a huge time saver.
